Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Please allow 3-4 weeks for wholesale order to be handmade and shipped. If local you can opt

for in person delivery.

Orders can be placed via email sheinata@reflectionsafricanjewelryllc.com

To receive a wholesale price list email sheinata@reflectionsafricanjewelryllc.com.

In the subject line include Wholesale Pricing. In the body please share the name of your business,

contact name and email.

When placing an order through email the items listed on the wholesale price list will be the

items that are currently selling retail on the www.reflectionsafricanjewelryllc.com website.

Be sure to list the name of the product and the amount of each design you want to order.

Once the order is placed via email you will receive a confirmation email from Sheinata DeAnna

with an invoice which includes wholesale pricing, shipping or in person delivery date and

packaging and/or shipping fees.

Upon receiving this information you have 24hrs to change handmade jewelry designs. Jewelry

production begins after this time.

All fees for production on the order will be due upon receipt of the handmade goods.

Reflections African Jewelry LLC offers up to 30 days for wholesale purchases to be paid in full.

If any items are broken or damaged during shipment there is a 7 day grace period to return

products to receive replacement jewelry.

provide below. Email is easier for me but you can set a phone appointment just email to inquire.

If you prefer to order from my Faire website simply go to faire.com in the search bar

type Reflections African Jewelry LLC. You have to already

have an account on Faire to purchase on that platform. It is my personal preference that you

place the order through email because I don’t have to pay the commission fees on Faire. I am

still happy to complete your order regardless of what you choose. Hopefully we will talk soon.
