What do African drums, turtles and dinosaurs, jail cells, Cowrie Shell necklaces, Native American warriors, scrapbooks and palmetto bugs have in common? They’ll all be part of the History Camp! It’s a great chance for kids to learn about the history of the area in a safe, fun way. 

During this camp African Jewelry Artist Sheinata Carn-Hall will share will participants the history of the Cowrie shell, how to create a Cowrie shell bracelet, the history of native american, african and maroon instruments,how to play them, the history of feather darts and how to create a feather dart game.
